This luxurious villa brings together all the important elements of a perfect retreat home. Over 8000 sq ft of indoor/outdoor living space, true luxury, peaceful and serene environment, yet just outside your door are the very best restaurants and amenities in town. The home is located only a 3-minute walk to the surf.
There are 5 bedrooms in the main house. Each feature the highest quality hotel comfort mattress, hotel-quality linens, automatic blackout blinds, quiet haiku fans and ac in every room to ensure you have a luxurious sleep. In the morning, raise the blinds with the touch of a button and you will wake to the stunning treetop view that every villa bedroom shares. Look closely for the howler monkeys who travel by each morning. Ensuite bathrooms feature Grohe faucets and rain showers in large bright spaces.

Two gourmet kitchens - indoor and outdoor kitchen with bbq grill are perfect for caterers of chefs to prepare meals for guests. A custom dining table for 14 people in the outdoor covered lounge allows for dinner poolside to enjoy the perfect warm evening weather.
Swim laps or just play in our luxurious saltwater pool, equipped with a solar-powered pool heating systems. Outdoor showers upon entering the villa as well as by the pool.

It's also within walking distance of many cafes, shops, juice bars, massage spots and restaurants.

Is their WIFI?
Yes, the entire grounds have complimentary moderate speed WIFI, as do most of the cafes and restaurants in town.

Is there a pool on site?
Yes! A lovely salt water pool, long enough for swimming laps and shallow enough to stand and lounge.

What is the currency in Costa Rica?
The currency in Costa Rica is the colón (plural: colones). The exchange rate is . However most places also take US Dollars and credit cards. You'll most likely receive change in colones. There is an ATM in the airport, but there is only 1 bank in Nosara so it is strongly recommended that you bring cash with you from the states and/or get cash out at the ATM in the airport. There is a safe in the house to keep valuables.

Electricity outlets
All electrical outlets are the same as those used in the U.S.

Are there ATMs in Nosara?
Yes, HOWEVER, there is only 1 bank in Nosara (and it's a 15min drive from the house and sometimes runs out of cash) so it is strongly recommended that you bring cash with you from the states and/or get cash out at the ATM in the airport. There is a safe in the house to keep valuables.

Do you supply shampoo and soap?
We do not. You can bring your own or buy some in town.

Are there restaurants or stores nearby?
Yes, Playa Guiones has many delicious restaurants, shops, juice bars, cafes and mini marts. https://www.nosara.com/

What are the safety features of the property?
There is 24hr staff and security on site plus safes in every room. However, we don’t recommend bringing valuables to Costa Rica, as petty theft does exist.

Is the water drinkable?
You can safely bathe and brush your teeth with the tap water, and the entire grounds offer unlimited purified drinking.

How much do you tip in Costa Rica?
10-15% is the norm for restaurants, hotels and bars. You don’t need to tip taxi and tuk tuk drivers, but be sure to agree your price with the driver up front.

Sounds great! How do I sign up?

Fill out our registration form & we will follow up as soon as possible to confirm availability and request the $750 deposit via Paypal, Bank Transfer or Credit Card (additional 4% fee). Invoice for the final balance will be sent 30 days before the retreat begins. Got questions? Email us at [email protected]
